Mary & Francois Bernier

Mary and François Bernier are educators by trade, working in the classroom to bring exciting information to life. They are so pleased to continue this passion for exploring and learning with their guests on Island Gourmet Trails. Having a zest and thirst for new adventures, this couple will guide you through delicious tours - showcasing the best the Comox Valley has to offer. Gifted in hospitality, they hope that you feel welcome and well taken care of as you explore and taste your way through the valley. They are pleased to offer tours in both English and French, and look forward to hearing from you soon!

A distinguished chef and educator, Gaetane Palardy is passionate about the Comox Valley. Her knowledge of fine food, delight in conversation and passion for teaching led to the creation of Island Gourmet Trails. Over the years, Gaetane has developed excellent relationships with local producers, artisans and farmers ensuring guests a unique and personalized experience.
